Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in the UK, but if you are outwith the UK please contact us for our international shipping rates. 

 

How is my coffee roasted?

 All of our coffee is roasted using our custom built convection air roaster. It was built in Seattle and is one of only 12 in the world and the only one operating in Europe.

 

What is convection air roasting?

A convection air roaster is an environmentally friendly way to roast coffee. It uses hot air to roast the beans instead of a direct flame, this results in the beans being cooked from the inside out. This helps maintain the coffee beans natural flavour and consistency throughout the roast to give you the best taste out of your coffee. 

 

How should I store my coffee?

1. Store in an airtight container: Whole beans are sensitive to air, light, moisture, and heat. To protect them from these elements, invest in an airtight container made specifically for coffee storage. Mason jars or stainless steel canisters with tight seals are excellent choices.
2. Keep away from light: Exposure to light can accelerate the deterioration of coffee beans. Store your airtight container in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry or cupboard.
3. Avoid moisture and heat: Moisture and heat can cause coffee beans to lose their flavor and become stale quickly. Also, avoid storing it near the sink or any humid areas.
