This is our classic Italian style roast, perfect as an espresso or through a range of milk based drinks. Roast medium dark, this rich roast has hints of dark cherry, chocolate and hazelnut and it’s what many people would call a ‘proper’ coffee and we here at the roaster can’t disagree with that. Salut!
